Mack graduated in 1996 from Radford University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance. The following year he began taking appraisal classes which led to the required completion of 2,500 hours of training. In 2001, Mack became a licensed residential appraiser. As of September 2009, he is a certified residential appraiser which allows him to appraise commercial property up to $250,000 in value and residential property of unlimited value. Mack has established himself as being honest, fair, and efficient in the appraisal community. His appraisals are based on market knowledge and expertise. He is available to answer questions or concerns of any of his clients. He will gladly give advice on how to improve the value of the property if the client requests that service.
